7 pounds

Nope not the movie! I have lost 7 pounds!! I am so excited! In the two weeks of
living at school I have actually lost weight!!
Things got hard when I was diagnosed with Hoshimoto's disease
(an auto immune disease that attacks the thyroid). Definitely a battle.
I gained weight so fast from that and board-em eating during my first semester of college.
I would workout and nothing happened...I started to lose hope.
While I was home I was pretty apathetic about working out and what I should
eat. I was tired all the time while I was starting to take medication and feeling better.  There would be days where I would cry in the mirror because I felt fat and very unbeautiful.  I hated going in public and having people look at me.   I felt like they were judging and guys didn't want to date me.
I was holding on to life to tight(I still tend to do that but I'm changing that).
One thing that completely changed my outlook was my mom told
me it was okay to take care of myself.
There is nothing selfish about it. Once I got to school I was taking care of myself.
Getting up early to eat an awesome breakfast(scheduled of course).
Another great thing is swimming and running. The swimming pool at the Hart is my best friend!
Now I just need to add biking and I could do a triathlon!( Totally considering it!
Maybe a half marathon).  Everyday I feel better about myself!
I love who I am and what direction I am headed.

A Royal Wedding

I can be one of those many people to say I watched the Royal Wedding live!
Something I have wanted to do for a long time! I watched TLC for 12 hours until
the coverage began of the Wedding began!
Granted its not like actually being there but actually waiting and seeing Kate in her dress and how happy her and William were! Amazing! It was definitely worth doing. Who knows when something like this will happen again!  They are truly in love and what a happy ending
to a fairytale! I can't get over how cute they are together and happy together! They are so much in love! Every girl is princess and most certainly can become one publicly! I honestly loved how they were looking at each other and their body language towards each other!
I wish them a long and happy marriage! So cute together!

I know I will find my "Prince Charming" someday. It doesn't matter when, just that it is right.
All that will matter is we finally found each other.
I have a feeling this will end better than Charles and Diana!
Have a happily royal weekend everybody!

3 Mattresses in the living room= one fun night!
 It snowed! WHAT!?
 After 12 hours of waiting!
Super excited! (Brianna is not that white in real life)
 Things just happen at 3AM
The whole wedding party! It was fun!
Tracey being a creeper! Haha we were going Crazy!
Alba eating the heart of the bear!

Did you do anything fun for the Royal Wedding? What did you think of the whole wedding?
Leave a comment! :)

Beautiful Me :)

So I got this idea from another blog by Ashley.  I thought it was definitely worth doing!
There are times in our lives as women and girls that
we feel inadequate or not good enough.
That's the Devil speaking. He doesn't want us to feel good about ourselves, he doesn't want us to feel empowered. We are daughters of God and we are BEAUTIFUL!
I believe all women and girls
are precious Princesses, Daughters of a King. Despite the different
trails we may have in our life we will always be beautiful to
our families, spouses, boyfriends, best friends, and our Heavenly Father!
We should never forget that! Be the best person you can absolutely be!!!!!

Hi I am Chloe!!
These are the things I love about myself:
{1} My big chameleon eyes! (Yes they change color)
{2} My naturally curly brown hair
{3} My smile
{4} I love that I am funny
{5} I love big buff arms...I don't even left weights
{6}My silly faces that I do for no reason
{7} I love my beautiful self!

(You can do it too!! Just link back to Ashley)

"It's like turkey but on roids!"

Awww...Amazing roommates!!
Yesterday we went on a run to DI to find that it was closed!
So we headed over to the dollar store! We
had way to much fun there!

Crazy Albanian!! Alba is a hoot!

Then we ended at the Thai restaurant in the Burg!
I've never had Thai before but it was super good!
I definitely recommend it!
Spring Rolls! (Alba really likes the Peanut Sauce)
 Yummy Yummy!
Top it off...Sticky Rice with Mango!
(And the post title as referring to Duck)

Love these Girls!

Easter and Ect.

I love college!!! I'm so happy to be back in Rexburg...Granted the weather has thrown a few
hurdles but thats okay at least most of the time I'll have to wear a light jacket.
All of my classes are great! I thought I was crazy for doing 16 credits but its proved to be a good thing so far.
I really like being busy. I've picked up waking at
6:45 AM. Either to leave for an early class or to go for a run. It
has really made the difference with how I feel about my thyroid issues. (Plus side I've lost some
unwanted weight). I great roommates this semester(I'll introduce them later)!
The things I find in Brolium's!
I'm even swimming. I look so legit with my gear! hehe

So for Easter my roommates wanted to color eggs. And that's exactly
what we did at midnight on Saturday.  Needles to say we had so much fun! They are hilarious and super
fun girls! Our imagination for the eggs were awesome!!
 Briana and Alex
 Tracey and Alba
 Lauren and me
All of our handy work!! :)

Happy Easter Everybody!!

6 days but who's counting?

I see the tunnel in the light! It's almost time for me to go back to school and to embark
on a new adventure in life. Taking on 16 credits and finding a job to bring in a
little income...Sounds like fun right?
There are going to be things that I miss that's certain.
Well I'm certianly not going to miss the random snow storms throughout the month of April.
Thank you El Nina for providing my discomfort.
Woke up to this and it melted!
Came home to this after a long day of work and it was somewhat
magical! :)
It was still snowing hence the reflection of the light
on the snow...

But I will miss...
My mom and her healthy good cooking. Eating healthy at school can get expensive
but I know its possible. My mom was constantly giving me advice,
unconditional love, and full belly. She taught me to
take care of myself health wise and was a constant best friend. I
want to be just like her when I grow up! She's an amazing woman!!!!

I'm going to miss my dog, Phoebe...We've become good buds these past
months and she's my cuddle buddy. There were days where
I was so tired(from my thyroid) I would fall asleep with her on a the
recliner. She would keep me warmer and made me happy!

I'm going to miss my dad's sound advice.  He was a constant reminder
that I can be happy and I can take care of my self and control
my spending :). He's such great man and...I like every little girl
I want to marry someone like my dad! <3

I'm going to miss the good times that I had in singles ward! I'm going to miss my
awesome Bishop! He truly made feel special! I'm going to miss the rest of the
bishopric and their wives! They are such wonderful people and made me feel
welcome and loved.  Yes for a while things gotten shaken up but that can't stop the goodness of the
singles ward! I'm going to miss my institute buddy Kevin Hedges!
What a great person. He he's turly has a special spirit about him. and you can't help but smile
when your with him!

I'm going to miss my siblings! I've had so much fun with them...going to conference
and watching movies! I'm so grateful that they do look up to me and
that they are my best friends despite our disputes. They are wonderful!!!

I'm going to miss home and I'm glad that its always there for me to come home.
I have felt so safe and taken care of. This is where I grew up...This is where I learned
to become a good person. This is where I learned the gospel. This is where I turn to
when I feel lost or to feel love. This is my home and it goes where ever
my family goes!

A Good Day

I took a little trip today to Rexburg.
I was looking for a job next semester...Needless to say college towns
stink when looking for job.
I took my resume to every place imaginable close to La Jolla!
I hope the Campus Employment Office gives me better luck.
I also got to see one of my favorite people in the world!
SHARLA!
I got to spend several hours with her because job hunting went faster than I
thought! Then once Sharla had to go to class I went to IF(Idaho Falls) to do
some little shopping.

Well I got lost looking for the Mall and TJ Maxx and I got lost trying to leave.
Needless to say I started to freak! After talking to my dad, I stopped
at a Gas Station and got directions. So if your on Sunny Side
Street heading west you'll surely find the interstate.
Other than that I got some great stuff just for a little over $30. YAY!

I've decided I hate driving by myself because it get boring. It's so boring
I start making up songs or start making up stories.
I was really tired and had my camera out at the rest stop...

I'm definitely a talker and need someone to talk to for 2 and 1/2 hours!
Thank Goodness for CDs to sing a long to!
I made it home and thought today was a good day!

What an amazing weekend... :D

This weekend was fantastic.  I got to work as a server all of Saturday and did great in tips!
(I love my job!) The only downside was I didn't get to watch General Conference with the family...That's okay the problem was easily fixed with downloading the podcasts today
so I can listen to them and even listen to the Priesthood session(which is just fantastic,
my gratitude grows for the priesthood when i listen to that particular session).
Today I got to go to the Afternoon session of Conference with my family!
 Almost in SLC
Isn't it gorgeous!
I was really proud of the seats Lauren and I were able to secure! Best seats we have ever gotten.
25,000 people gathering together for one purpouse. To here our Prophets speak!
I really don't like this picture of me but my sisters look absolutely gorgeous so I had to share!
I love the story behind this particular "Holiness To The Lord Sign".
Click here for a part of the story. (It's 7th paragraph)
What an Iconic Temple! An Ensign!
I love going! It's such a blessing to have that building where so many people can go and be in the presence of our General Authorities and our living Prophet! I Also go to see my best friend Josi!
For awhile I thought I wasn't going to be able to see her until harvest but we actually
got to meetup at the Joesph Smith Memorial Building! I was so glad to get a
hug from her finally! I love  our talks on Tuesdays and I've felt like I haven't talked
to her in 3 weeks...which is how long I haven't talked to her :).
Today was one of those days where I felt so blessed. I was able
be with my family and I listen the Prophet's voice! We lived in a blessed time where we have a
living Prophet today and Heavenly Father Speaks through all of his servants.
I know this to be true!
